ORDER PROCESSING

Each piece is handmade with love — please allow 2–5 business days to process your order. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready with pickup instructions.

📦 SHIPPING

At this time, we are no longer offering shipping due to international restrictions and tariff changes.

All orders are currently available for local Rota, Spain pickup only.

If you’re located outside of Spain and would like to support my shop, you can:
✨ choose the “Gift It Forward” option (to send your purchase to a military family here in Rota), or
💖 make a donation-based purchase to help keep A Tiny Bit of Joy running during the government shutdown.

🎁 LOCAL PICKUP DETAILS

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions.
Pickups are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM on base.

Please bring your confirmation email when you arrive — and if you need a different pickup time, just reply to your email and we’ll coordinate something that works for you!

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thesocialjoycollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
